Shipping Coverage

  • United States Only: We currently ship to all 50 U.S. states.

  • No International Shipping: At this time, we do not offer shipping outside the U.S.

  • Restricted Addresses: We are unable to deliver to P.O. Boxes, APO/FPO addresses, or U.S. territories.

Shipping Fees

  • Free Standard Shipping: We offer free shipping on all orders within the contiguous U.S.

  • Alaska & Hawaii: Orders shipped to Alaska or Hawaii may incur additional fees. These charges will be calculated at checkout and shown before purchase.

Delivery Methods & Timelines

  • Carriers Used: We partner with FedEx, UPS, and other reputable carriers for fast and secure delivery.

  • Processing Time: Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days.

  • Shipping Time: Once shipped, orders usually arrive within 3–5 business days depending on your location.

  • Total Estimated Delivery: Most orders are delivered within 4–7 business days from the date of purchase (excluding weekends and holidays).

Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive a confirmation email with:

  • A tracking number

  • A tracking link

  • An estimated delivery date

Delivery Details

  • Standard Deliveries: No signature is required for most orders.

  • Oversized Items: For large items like dog houses or bulk shipments, the delivery carrier may contact you to schedule a delivery window.

  • Missed Deliveries: Carriers usually attempt delivery up to 3 times. You may also arrange for pickup directly from the carrier’s local facility.

Shipping Issues & Resolutions

Lost Packages

If your tracking hasn’t updated in 5 business days or your package hasn’t arrived, contact us at support@brillobuy.com. If confirmed lost, we’ll send a replacement at no extra cost.

Damaged Deliveries

If your package arrives visibly damaged:

  • Refuse delivery if possible, or take photos of the damage before accepting it.

  • Report the issue to us within 48 hours of delivery so we can arrange a return or replacement.

Incorrect or Missing Items

If something is missing or incorrect in your order, let us know within 7 days of receiving your package. We’ll quickly send the right items.

Order Changes & Cancellations

  • Modifying an Order: Contact us immediately at support@brillobuy.com if your order hasn’t shipped yet. We cannot modify orders once they’ve been dispatched.

  • Canceling an Order: Orders that haven’t shipped can be canceled for a full refund. If your order has already shipped, please refer to our Return and Refund Policy.

Unexpected Delays

While we aim to meet every delivery estimate, weather events, carrier delays, or high-demand periods may cause disruptions. If that happens, we’ll keep you updated with revised delivery info as soon as possible.
